THE MARKET IS PUMPING

The first 3 ½ months of this year have been the best for total sales than for the same period since 2007. Total house and section sales so far this rear January 21, February37, March 32, with this month looking to be much the same as the last 2.

Our office has seen a real upsurge in investors coming to the market again.
Good quality rental properties in Feilding are attracting excellent rental returns and there is even the odd positively geared dwelling being sold. 3 of my last 4 sales have been to rental investors and the prices have been from the mid $100,000. To the high $200,000.

I have just listed an excellent rental property @ 33 Marlborough Street which can be purchased in a price range from $150,000. To $165,000 which has an RV of $170,000. Listings are still low but have increased a little at the time of writing the number sits at 186.
